genuinely curious how you guys cope with post-anime depression???
i just finished rewatching cyberpunk edgerunners for the third time (mistake, i know) and i feel empty. like physically hollow.
is the only cure starting another show immediately to distract yourself or do you guys actually take a break to process the trauma? i feel like if i start something new right now i won't even appreciate it because my brain is still stuck on the moon.
i need coping mechanisms that don't involve crying at 3am.
